What is trauma? The Trauma is: 1. A physical injury or wound caused by external force or violence. It may be self-inflicted. The principal types of trauma involved include motor vehicle accidents, falls, burns, gunshot wounds, and drowning. 2. An emotional or psychological shock that may produce disordered feelings or behavior.

I would like to share a case of Bacillinum which, I saw under Dr. Pankaj Aggarwal. A tall, fair, dark haired female of 44 years came with complaints of fever for 7 months. The fever started after she took hormonal treatment for menorrhagia. It was a low-grade fever, never more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
A case of Primary Hypertension in a young man of 21 years, of wheatish complexion, 5’8″ height, average build, prominent belly, numerous chicken pox marks on face, few moles on left face, receding hairline, less body hair, gap in teeth and having long tapering fingers. He is jolly by nature, fun loving and one of the happy go lucky sorts- not taking anything too seriously though also very emotional.
A middle-aged man with very sharp features and shiny nails consulted me for his complaints of indigestion with which he had been suffering for last 3-4 years. He would pass a lot of wind and felt bloated most of the times. His bowel movements were unsatisfactory and were the cause of his main worry as he had to go many times to the toilet. He had been on numerous medicines both homoeopathic (like Nux vomica, Lycopodium, Podophyllum etc.) and allopathic and none had given him relief for long. Hearing this I asked one of my students to take his case in detail.
I work in a charitable hospital where there are four different cabins of doctors serving Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and eyes specialization. It is a normal practice with patients to report personally for taking medicines in all these faculties but it is abnormal if some one comes with the request that he needs medicine for the patient at home.
