Business solution provider Accentia Technologies said it has bagged its first order worth euro 2.1 million (Rs 11.61 crore) in the UK for Hospital Process Management suite to improve the quality of clinical care.
“The initial success of the Hospital Process Management Suite is a major event for our company as getting kick-started in this products field in European region was our aim and goal,” the company’s Director and CEO Pradeep Suseela Viswambharan said.
Hospital Process Management Suite is a software product suite designed to improve the quality and management of clinical care and hospitals. It has been customised for hospitals under national health services in the UK.
However, Accentia Technologies did not give any details as from whom it has secured the order.
The newly added modules for real time Electronic Medical Record (EMR) management and billing and re-conciliation would improve the efficiency of hospitals, Accentia Technologies informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The customised implementation of the suite at five locations would take about 12 months.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 181.35, up 3.48 per cent on BSE in the morning trade.
