A study conducted by an online dating service Udate.co.uk had revealed that dating helps youngsters to embibe an optimistic approach towards life. Of the 500 singles interviewed, many admitted that dating equipped them better to tackle the day to day problems.
Almost half said that they started to follow strict exercise regimes to done a good physique in order to impress their dates.
One in five singles revealed that dating had inspired them to look for better job options and had also helped them improve their performance at work.
Many had redone their home decore to suit their personality and reflect on their way of living.
