Last week, in New Delhi state of India has seen increase in new cases of covid-19 coronavirus disease. Navratri, Dusshera and Durga Pooja celebrations have a definite impact on spread of coronavirus covid-19 infection in people.

Due to close proximity of people during these celebrations in temples and melas, a sure increase might be seen this week due to spread of coronavirus covid-19 infection. Last week, Delhi reported more than 4000 cases every day.

This fortnight of Delhi has seen third spike in new cases and active cases of covid-19 coronavirus infection after first in June and second in September.

First spike in June was due to unmanaged situation and break-down of health facilities, and Second spike was after 3 months due to almost complete freedom from lockdown.
