The provincial coroner’s office is looking into the death of a woman following a cosmetic operation in Toronto.
Krista Stryland had some abdominal fat removed at the Toronto Cosmetic Clinic. Her heart stopped after the procedure was complete. Stryland later died at North York General Hospital.
