On 6-3-03 a Charitable Homoeopathic Hospital was inaugurated at village TALLEWAL (a remote village in distt. Sangrur, 25 Km from Barnala, Punjab) near Akal Akademy by Sant Baba Kartar Singh ji-the founder of this sect. Parkash of Guru Granth Sahib was also held at this occasion. This hospital is the brainchild of retired Brigadier Dr. Sarwang Singh ji the resident of this village, financial contribution by NRIs from Canada. Situated at a pollution free lush green place; more than one acre piece of land, where there is no disturbance of any kind even mobile phones becomes functionless there.
Free homoeopathic medical aid camp was also organised at this occasion where patients from far of places (more than 200 km radius) came to get their treatment. A team of learned and renowned physicians led by Dr S. S. Vithal, National Vice President I I H P, Dr. Jaswant Singh (Jagraon), Dr. Harjinder Singh (Moga), Dr. Harwinder Singh (Barnala), Dr. Sudarshan Bhatti, Dr. B. S. Arora, Dr. Miss. Shweta Goel, Student Dr Jatinder Singh (from Ludhiana) attended more than 200 patients. Speaking at this occasion Dr S S Vithal congratulated the organizers & contributors of this hospital. He spoke for about 40 mts regarding true homoeopathy and clarifying the various misconceptions/doubts in the minds of general public reg homoeopathy. He cautioned the people against patents/polypharmacy products available in the market, since all these are non homoeopathic though labeled as homoeopathic. All these are harmful to the health and against the basic principle of this holistic science. Dr S. Bhatti also spoke on this occasion. Dr. Harwinder Singh-who is giving his services free of cost since 1990,thanked the visiting physicians. All the doctors and contributors were honored by Baba ji.
Free medicines were also given to all and will be followed up on 23 march by Dr Muktinder Singh from Sirhind and other physicians. Most significant part of this camp worth mentioning was that proper case taking was done for all the patients and single medicine prescribed after proper repertorization. Even emergencies/acute cases were dealt successfully with single remedy single dose principle basis. Every patient was so satisfied with this camp that the founders/organizers requested the visiting doctors to organize such camps more frequently.
