Circumcision :: Circumcision reduces HIV infection risk

WHAT: Late breaking news on circumcision and HIV transmission will be presented to AnnualMeeting attendees during the Monday, May 21 plenary session. Dr. Krieger will be discussing the findings of two major trials in Africa that focused on circumcisions preventive effects on HIV transmission in heterosexual men. Findings from these studies were published in the February 24 issue of The Lancet.
